In 2019, Aligned Technology and customer got to know each other by chance. Previously, Aligned Technology has been sold abroad, and the oral thin film is already a very common dosage form internationally. Since 2003, more than 80 kinds of film preparations have been listed in North America. In 2012, the sales volume was estimated to reach 2 billion US dollars, and it is expected to reach 13 billion in 2015. In contrast, the domestic market has just started. However, after communicating with customer, we were deeply surprised by the deep understanding of the film agent and the application of the equipment. Since then, I have communicated with customer attentively, understood their needs, and continuously improved the equipment. It is an honor for the two companies to have the first cooperation in 2020.
In 2021, the customer has submitted a clinical trial in China. In prepare for the large-scale production in the later stage, they plan to put into operation a 10-meter non-standard customized production line. At that time, only imported equipment could complete this production line, and the price and technology of the imported equipment The blockade must be a threshold. customer contact us, they provide technical demand information, and develop new equipment products according to their needs. After two months of close communication, the two parties signed a contract for the first film-making machine production line in China. In the process of delivering the equipment, we have neglected the redesign of equipment components and the loss in the process. There was only one goal, and we must break the barrier of no large-scale production line in China. After unremitting efforts, the cooperation task with the customer was completed, and the equipment was delivered in early 2022 and installed on site to the customer’s factory.

At the same time，in March 2022, the client bid to obtain about 46,000 square meters of factory land, and plans to build an international corporate headquarters for innovative preparations. The total planned investment of the project is RMB 600 million, including the construction of the headquarters R&D building, international production workshop, and international cooperation business center. It is used for international R&D, production and sales of core varieties independently developed by customer companies, and promotes the pace of industrialization and internationalization of innovative formulations.
